RAW NIGHT menu for Thursday, February 9

Small Plates small plates-- seasonal salad of fresh greens, orange sections, red pepper slices and creamy avocado dressing topped with pumpkin seeds $6 Creamy broccoli soup topped with eggplant "bacon" $4.50/6.00 Cucumber, "cream cheese" and fresh herb tea sandwiches on flax bread. $7.00 Entree: Mixed vegetable noodles in a creamy orange-jalepeno sauce with fresh cilantro. Served with a side of jicama slaw. $14 Dessert: Carrot cake with "cream cheese" frosting. $8 note: this entire menu will be offered as a prix fixe for $25. Portions will be slightly smaller than ordering a la carte. Also, we want to be able to provide diners with the raw creations that they are expecting. Due to popularity of Raw Night we have sold out early in the past. We encourage making reservations for Raw Night at least one day in advance. Please let the person taking the reservation know if you plan to order off the raw special menu and if you know in advance, whether you will be ordering the prix fixe meal. Thank you! We usually offer a fresh juice as well, available as a cocktail.
