a Greek salad with a Middle-Eastern twist: cucumber, tomato, red onion, kalamata
olives, pepperoncini and a scoop of tabouli salad on Romaine lettuce,
topped with with feta cheese. $9.50
GF can be made vegan by subbing our grilled lemon tofu for feta

CAESAR SALAD WITH LEMON MARINATED GRILLED TOFU –  
Romaine lettuce tossed with our vegan Caesar dressing, red onions and tomatoes.
Topped with house-made croutons and grilled lemon tofu. $9.50

SANTA FE SALAD –  
mixed greens with roasted red peppers, corn, red onion, seasoned beans, scallions, tomato and avocado slices with a creamy jalapeño-lime dressing. $9.50 GF

SANTA FE SALAD RAW
all the fresh ingredients but we leave off the beans, roasted peppers and corn, add our raw walnut chorizo and our creamy jalepeno-lime dressing. $10.50 GF, raw

HARVEST SALAD –
baby spinach greens tossed with nutty Hollyhock dressing, topped with roasted vegetables, quinoa, toasted pepitas and dried cranberries. $9.50 GF

our top-secret recipe for cruelty-free schnitzel, topped with a creamy porcini mushroom sauce. Served with a side vegetable and oven-roasted potatoes. $12, GF option $13

a smoky mixture of rice, red beans, vegetables and marinated baked tempeh. Served with greens and roasted red pepper cornbread. $12

SESAME-PEANUT NOODLES AND STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES
noodles tossed in a house-made peanut sauce with sauteed carrots, broccoli and red peppers, topped with chopped peanuts and scallions. $12, GF option $14

 slices of our vegetable-walnut loaf with a tomato glaze, served with mashed potatoes and gravy and sauteed side vegetable. $13

JACKFRUIT CARNITAS QUESADILLA
savory cooked jackfruit in a flour tortilla with melted cheese, served with seasoned black beans and rice with our signature Green Owl sauce, sour cream and pico de gallo. $12

CAMPANELLE PASTA WITH ALFREDO SAUCE
 flower-shaped pasta with a cashew-based cream sauce with sauteed broccoli, carrots and peas. Served with garlic bread. $12, GF option $14

GROUNDNUT STEW
our version of a traditional African dish with sweet potatoes, cabbage, ginger, peanuts and cilantro. Served over brown rice with a side of steamed kale. $12 vegan, GF

 red potato wedges, tossed in olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, sea salt and pepper and oven roasted. $3 vegan

a Middle-Eastern favorite, bulgar wheat, parsley, mint, scallion, tomato and cucumber.
