vegan MIDDLE-EASTERN PLATTER
  hummus, muhammara, baba ganoush served with: sesame crackers, olives and pickled vegetables.
A family favorite. $10.50
vegan PAN-FRIED HALOUMI CHEESE
  a Greek cheese made from a combination of goat and sheep’s milk. Grilled and served with a sweet chili sauce. $6
 


SANDWICHES

  are served with a side salad, oven-roasted red potatoes or kale crisps
vegan BBQ JACKFRUIT
  young jackfruit stands in for pulled pork, simmered in our BBQ sauce. Served with a layer of dill pickle slices and topped with a creamy vegan slaw . $9

  smoky baked tempeh, lettuce, tomato and avocado with a vegan aioli. $10

  IZZY'S SALAD a Greek salad with a Middle-Eastern twist: cucumber, tomato, red onion, kalamata olives, pepperoncini and a scoop of hummus salad on Romaine lettuce. Served with feta cheese (substitute grilled lemon tofu for a vegan option). $9
vegan CAESAR SALAD WITH LEMON MARINATED GRILLED TOFU Romaine lettuce tossed with our vegan Caesar dressing, red onions and tomatoes. Topped with grilled lemon tofu. $9
vegan SANTA FE SALAD mixed greens with roasted red peppers, corn, red onion, seasoned beans, scallions, tomato and avocado slices with a creamy jalapeño-lime dressing. $9


 


ENTREES

vegan VEGAN SCHNITZEL our top-secret recipe for cruelty-free schnitzel, topped with a creamy porcini mushroom sauce. Served with a side vegetable and oven-roasted potatoes. $14
vegan STUFFED RED PEPPER a stuffing of quinoa, lentils, slivered almonds and golden raisins baked in a fresh red pepper, topped with a Moroccan tomato sauce and served with a side vegetable. $12
vegan VEGETARIAN JAMBALAYA a smoky mixture of rice, red beans, vegetables and marinated baked tempeh. Served with steamed greens. $11
vegan THE BASICS PLATE a macrobiotic medley: steamed greens, seasoned beans and brown rice with a lemon-miso-tahini sauce. $11
